Clear terms for using PACT.

Pilot status

This website and installable app support an early-stage service from the Public Accountability Creator Trust (PACT) and the Public Interest Exchange (PIE). Submitting an application or brief does not guarantee membership, funding, paid work, certification, matching or campaign results, and it does not create a contract.

Illustrative content

Demo creator profiles, portraits, opportunities, campaigns, impact figures and reports are fictional or illustrative. They are included to show how the service may work and should not be treated as verified performance claims.

Using forms and the private app

Drafts may remain in local browser storage on your device. When you select the submission action and receive a submission reference, the form information has been sent to PACT and stored as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep the reference and private access code secure. You are responsible for activity in a session opened with them. Do not enter sensitive, confidential or legally privileged information unless PACT specifically requests it.

Matching

PACT manages matching during the pilot. An opportunity, expression of interest, shortlist or status update is not an offer or agreement. Identities and contact details are shared only as the process progresses, and commercial work begins only after separate terms are agreed by the relevant parties.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, impersonate another person or organization, or copy its branding and materials in a misleading way.

Changes

The prototype and these terms may change as PACT is developed. Additional service terms will apply before PACT enters into creator representation, commissioning, matching or campaign agreements. Questions can be sent to creatorpact@proton.me.
